Are You Willing To Give It 8 Weeks?

I’m not going to sit here and lie to you,telling you that if you embark on this little 8 week challenge of mine with me that you’re guaranteed to lose X amount of weight etc. NO – that’s not the whole aim here. The aim here is to show you how easy it can be to adapt to a healthier lifestyle and more importantly how to make it SUSTAINABLE – by educating you in all things nutrition and fitness so you can continue on yourself after. And Yes, of course the aim is also to help you lose weight, but in a healthy way, by educating you on how to maintain this healthy lifestyle long term. And I can guarantee you not only will you lose weight but I aim to show you how you can keep the weight off.

So – will you give me 8 weeks? What have you to lose 🐒

My plan/structure?

Every week I’ll provide a sample flexible food plan with general portion sizes that will fit into a general healthy lifestyle for a person who might work out 3-4 times a week, working a pretty sedentary job.  I won’t be cutting any groups out, and as I’ll be following the same food plan myself, I can guarantee you that there will be chocolate in there everyday too. If you know you’re macros or macro count, you can tailor the portions to your own goals. Don’t get me wrong – I am not saying you MUST macro count to live a healthy lifestyle, because I don’t. If you’re looking to to know your macro nutrients or IIFYM is a diet your interested in trying, then just email me or insta message me and I can certainly help you to calculate them. Alongside the food plan I’ll also supply you with a shopping list.

Every week I’ll also provide a sample workout guide. 4 sessions a week with a little challenge then you can try out if you wish to do a 5th session. When it comes to working out, I think everyone has their own preferences And not everyone has the same schedule. So I’ll provide 4 sample workouts with 4 cardio sessions. Don’t stress if you can’t get 4 sessions in a week, 3 sessions is fine too, the aim is to move more, and move when you can. I’ll educate you on the importance of NEAT too over time.

 I’ll also aim for 2-3 blog posts on educational food topics and perhaps a mindset topic too. If there’s a topic in particular you want answered, then by all means let me know. I’ll try provide rationale and information about everything over the 8 weeks, so that I can be sure when the 8 Weeks are up, you’ll be fully equipped to continue on yourselves without me. I’ll also be posting regularily on my insta so there will be tonnes of information for you, hopefully asking any questions while wducating you at the same time.

I’ve said it before, and the reasoning behind this little challenge is to show you that you don’t need to be miserable when living healthier lifestyles. You don’t need to follow fad diets and cut food groups. You don’t need to become a recluse to lose weight. You don’t need to gym 7 days a week if you don’t like to. Healthy lifestyles are sustainable, it requires a change, but it’s doable and most importantly it comes with massive benefits – Loosing weight in a healthy way, and KEEPING IT OFF.

My first little challenge for you so ahead of the next post – WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS. Maybe you want to lose X amount of weight over the coming weeks. May evyou have a pair of jeans you want to fit into at the end. Maybe you just want to learn more. Maybe there are topics you want to learn more about. Or maybe you want to set yourself a gym challenge, run X amount of km in 8 weeks comfortably? Do X amount if push-ups or pull-ups? Whatever the goal/aim, write them down. Set time aside, think about them and write them down.
